ADMISSION

  1. Duly Accomplished Registration Form/Application Form submitted to the administration office

  2. Child’s personal requirements, such as:

    a. 2 pcs. colored 1x1 ID

    b. 2 pcs colored 2x2 ID

    c. Birth Certificate (photocopy)

    d. Fit to school medical certificate

    e. Original report card from previous school (if any) with the student’s Learner’s Reference Number issued by DepEd

    f. Certificate of Good Moral Character and Recommendation Form from previous school (if any)

  3. Pre-enrolment assessment and interview (For incoming Kinder to Grade 6 students)

  • Applications will close once we have reached the required number of students for each grade level.

  1. Present all the requirements to the Administrative/Marketing Staff at the Front Desk.

  2. Secure an application form and accomplish it completely. Submit the same form for evaluation.

  3. Pay the assessment fee of 500.00 to the Cashier (For incoming Kinder to Grade 6 students)

  4. Present the receipt to Administrative/ Marketing Staff for schedule of Entrance Exam

  5. On the day of exam, present the examination permit to the examiner. Interview follows immediately after the test.

  6. Successful applications may proceed to enrollment.

IV. Admission Policy

A student is considered officially enrolled only upon of the following:

  1. Duly Accomplished Registration Form/Application Form submitted to the administration office

  2. Child’s personal requirements (as stated above)

  3. Pre-enrolment assessment and interview.

  4. Settled corresponding admission/tuition fees.

Note: The students will be considered temporarily enrolled until all documentary requirements have been submitted.
